PoweredTemplate has a refund policy of 15 days from the payment date. If you want to request a refund, please contact us within this period and we will process the reimbursement ASAP.
It is important that you are logged into your Premium account, when sending the refund request through the Request Form, as we need to receive it from the email address associated to your PoweredTemplate account in order to authorize it. If possible, please include the customer ID and/or the Order ID so we can complete the process as quickly as possible.
Remember that all the licenses you may have downloaded during the period that will be reimbursed will no longer be valid, due to the refund.
If you have issues to remember the email email address linked to your Premium account, please provide us with the following details in order to find your payment:
- Last 4 digits of the card used for the payment
- Expiry date on the card
- Exact date of the payment
- Paypal users: Paypal email address and payment reference
